Call for proposals

The Oranki Art Association (Oranki Art ry) organizes an Environmental Art Exhibition in Oranki
13 June - 30 September 2010.

We are now asking for your proposals for the exhibition (ideas, sketches, pictures) including estimate costs and required materials.
With the proposal, please, enclose pictures of your earlier work and a CV.

Please send Your proposal as environmental art to us before the end of March!

The location:
The exhibition will take place on the hill near The village of Oranki in Lappland.

The timetable:
May: The invited artists send in their defined proposals.

4-12 June 2010: The artists` workshop in Oranki.
The artists can finish their works at the workshop at the location of the exhibition.

Participants:
All applicants (selected or not) will be notified during April
The Environmental art workshop is open for the invited guests, approximately 12 artists from Finland and abroad. The guests will be chosen by the exhibition commission of the Association of Oranki Art.

Accommodation:
During the workshop (4-12 June) the accommodation is provided by the Oranki Art Association.

The travelling expenses, the material and transportation will be paid by the organizer (max. 200 €).
